Methods:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl, add in the chopped shrimp, soft cream cheese, grated ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, Sriracha sauce and sliced green onions. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to evenly mix.
3. Place the wonton wrappers onto a flat surface.
4. Spoon 1 ½ teaspoons of the shrimp filling into the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg. Fold the sides over the filling and create an X. Pinch the edges to seal.
5. Place the filled wontons onto the baking sheet. Spray the wrappers with cooking spray.
6. Place into the oven to bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
7. Remove and serve immediately.
